I borrowed the title from the film called Himala (Miracle in English). It's about a barrio lass who finds herself at the center of feverish religious fanaticism when she says that she is seeing the blessed virgin. The climax of the film is her telling the townspeople that there is no miracle, that the miracle is in their hearts, inside them, shortly after that she is shot infront of the crowds, causing a stampede.
lyrics
there's no miracle
there's only us
what we do to each other
there's no god
there's no eternal life
there's nothing waiting on the other side
there's only me and you
stop waiting for another
chance at life
life ends the way it begins
white
blank like an empty page
blank like an empty space
white
there's no miracle
there's only us
what we do to each other
there's no god
there's no eternal life
there's nothing waiting on the other side
there's only me and you
stop waiting for another
chance at life
