Scorpio Nights is based on a notorious X rated film from the Philippines about a peeping tom who spies on his neighbors while they make love. I haven't actually seen this movie but I have seen the remake which was equally lurid. Still, the film's title influenced the song. The title just makes me think of dangerous nights which end in debauchery.
